Initiate Your Request
Log into your HyperX ROW account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original retail packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and a printed copy of your RMA confirmation email.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
